Wayne Scott Harrison, long time Fairfield resident, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2021. Wayne was born May 28, 1928 in Pittsburgh, PA to Roy and Anna (Bell) Harrison. He grew up in the Pittsburgh area and graduated from Bucknell University in 1951 with a degree in Commerce & Finance; he was a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. On 29 Feb 1952 (Leap Year), Wayne married Jeanne Wilson in Mount Lebanon, PA. He worked in corporate insurance for several large corporations including ALCOA, AMP Inc., AMF, and GTE. Wayne and Jeanne settled in Fairfield in 1968 with their four children.
