Wayne R. Courtright, 76 passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 after a three year battle with prostate cancer.
Wayne was born on May 2, 1946 in El Dorado, Kansas to Ben Courtright and Elizabeth Pardee. Wayne was the middle of three children, his older brother James Courtright and his younger sister, Joan Berger who passed away in 2005.
At age 19, Wayne joined the United State Air Force. He served his country for eight years and traveled extensively. In 1970 while stationed at Lowry Air Force Base he met his beautiful wife, Jane. Wayne and Jane married on New Year’s Eve that same year and built an incredible life together that was filled with love and happiness. They were married for 51 years.
Wayne was a successful businessman, he was the Western Regional Sales Manager for Keith Clark for over 25 years. When he retired in 2008 he became an expert at investing in the stock market.
Wayne is survived by his beloved wife, Jane, whom he loved very much, his brother James Courtight, his two daughters, Tiffany Nelson and Katherine Wilson, and his four grandchildren, Sam, Dylan, Ella and Adley.
