Wayne was born on August 6, 1943 to Kenneth and Belva (Schultz) Clover, in Oakland, California. He graduated from Humboldt High School in Humboldt, Nebraska, in 1961. Wayne was united in marriage to Katherine Policky on April 17, 1976 in Seward, Nebraska. Wayne was a Vietnam Veteran serving from December 29, 1961 to November 9, 1967. He was a member of the Nebraska National Guard from November 9, 1967 to May 29, 1990. Wayne was the Seward Civic Center manager for 32 years and retired in April 2013. Wayne passed away on April 27, 2013 in Ulysses, Nebraska at the age of 69 years, 8 months and 21 days. He is survived by his son, James Policky, Seward, Nebraska; special friend, Tammy Redman, Ulysses, Nebraska; grandchildren, Savannah Policky, Jim Policky, Jon Policky; brother, Rev.
