Wayne Frederick Throckmorton was born April 4, 1937, the son of C.W. (Jake) and Mary (Carlan) Throckmorton, in Chariton, Iowa. He passed away 04/23/2014. He married his high school sweetheart, Janice Patterson. One son, Greg, was born to them. Wayne attended school in Chariton and, upon graduation, entered the Air Force. He returned to Chariton where he lived with his wife, Janice, until 1998, when they retired to Table Rock Lake in Kimberling City, Mo, He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and other relatives. He is survived by his wife, Janice, one son, Greg, of Ankeny, Iowa and his wife, Nancy, one granddaughter, Jennifer Cali (Bryan) of Elmhurst, Illinois, and two great grandsons, Alexander and Lucas. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and helping out his family and friends. He will be missed by many.
