Wayne Murray, age 86 years, of Plymouth, died Friday, January 10, 2020 at his home. He was the husband of the late Louise M. (Regalia) Murray, and the son of the late John and Mabel (Dowd) Murray. Born in Brockton on August 28, 1933, he was educated in Brockton schools. He was a United States Air Force veteran, serving overseas in Germany during the Korean Conflict. Wayne worked as a job planner for General Electric’s Aviation Division for many years in Everett. He enjoyed fishing and woodworking, especially around his beloved home in Waterford, Maine. Wayne is survived by his sons Wayne Murray and his wife Cindy of Halifax, and Kevin Murray and his wife Margaret “Meg” of Plympton, his daughter Lisa Murray of New Jersey, and his grandchildren Becky Ahlborg of Brockton, Amy Cheverie of Plymouth, Charlie Murray of Hanson and Michael Sarno of Brighton. He was the brother of the late David Murray.
