Warren C. Willis, age 78, of Warrenton, VA passed away Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2017 at Novant Health Prince William Medical Center, Manassas, VA. He was born on June 18, 1939 in Moultrie, Georgia the son of the late Aubrey and Lois (Cagle) Willis. He was an Electrical Engineer at the Department of Navy (SPAWAR). He was a member of Manassas Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rae Jean Willis. Survivors include his son, David W. Willis of Smithfield, VA; sister, Marvyne May of Ray City, GA; grandchildren, Marissa K. Willis and Grant A. Willis.
