Wanda “Sue” Murphy, 66, of Clarksburg, passed away Sunday, January 5, 2014 at her residence. She was born in Braxton County, WV November 19, 1947 the daughter of the late Dorsey Snyder and Gladys (Allman) Snyder. She was preceded in death by her husband Guy Orbra Murphy in 2005. Sue is survived by five children; Tim Murphy and wife Beth of Lost Creek; Marsha Pearson and husband William of Clarksburg, John Murphy of Clarksburg, Kevin Murphy and wife Kelly of Clarksburg and Brian Murphy and wife Sara of Clarksburg; fifteen grandchildren; Zachary, Matthew, Amanda, Rebecca, Dareth, Cole, Brennan, Chapin, Jessica, Josh, Brooke, Dillon, Dawson, Brady, Zachariah, Sydney. Five great grandchildren; Dominic, Malikai, Madison, Mason and Maddox; four sisters; Sharon Lunsford and Robert Henline of Auburn, WV, Shirley Fallo and husband Ronald of Lost Creek, Vicki Lowther and husband Robert of Ellis Road, and Dreama McCloy and husband Nelson of Fallen Timber, WV; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by Robert Garton, Richard Snyder, Harry Snyder, Dorsey Snyder, Jr and John Michael Allman and one sister; Edna Louise Snyder. Sue was a caregiver to family and a babysitter.
