Wanda M. Burkholder, 94, of Williamsport, went to be with the Lord, Saturday, October 2, 2021 at The Williamsport Home.
Born July 29, 1927 in Williamsport, she was the daughter of the late Guthrie and Elsie L. (Hausser) Crawley. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years Dorlan F. Burkholder on November 17, 1999.
Wanda was a 1945 graduate of Williamsport High School. She retired as a bookkeeper from Robert M. Sides. Wanda was a life member of the former Memorial Baptist Church, where she sang in the choir and led the kids choir. She enjoyed singing, shopping, camping, was part of a sewing club, and loved Christmas. Her most precious time was being with her family.
Surviving are two children, Joan L. Kerr (Larry) of Reading and Dean F. Burkholder (Cyndi) of Linden; five grandchildren, Stacie Stroup (Ryan), Nathan Kerr (Audrey), Aaron Burkholder (Kristin), Jared Burkholder (Megan) and Michael Burkholder; and 13 great-grandchildren.
