Wanda Lee Bieber, 73, of Montoursville, died Sunday, Feb.
Born June 22, 1946 in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late Wayne J. and Janice M. (Crist) Scruggs.
Wanda was a 1964 graduate of Williamsport High School.
Surviving in addition to her husband are a son, Gregory Bieber, of South Williamsport; a granddaughter, Codi Bieber; two sisters, Carol Gundrum, and June Ashenfelder (Keith), both of Williamsport; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by a brother, Harold Scruggs.
