Walter James Oliver II was born on July 25, 1963, in Gary, IN, to Walter I and Bernice Oliver. He graduated from Lew Wallace High School in 1981 and graduated with an associate’s degree from Ivy Tech in 2014 and IUPUI in 2017.
Walter served in the United States Air Force for four years. He was a long time resident of Gary, IN, but later moved to Indianapolis, IN. He was a member of Universal Ministries Worldwide, under the leadership of Bishop Anthony Boyd. Walter had many jobs.
Walter departed from this earth, November 5, 2022, surrounded by his loving sisters and close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Walter Oliver I and Bernice Mullins-Oliver and his brother-in-law Charles Sims.
