Womack, Walter Lee, of Ooltewah went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, July 29, 2003 at his home. He was 83 years old. Mr. Womack was a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII serving in Italy and North Africa in the Signal Core and received four bronze stars.
