Voncile Tate, 94, passed away February 20, 2014 after a brief illness, surrounded by her family.
Voncile and (Clyde) Tate lived in Crestview, Fl. prior to her retiring and moving to Byron, Georgia to be closer to her children.
Voncile was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Albert and Rhoda Emerline Mitchell, her husband, Clyde Jackson Tate, her brothers: Clyde Mitchell, Moody Mitchell, (Twins) Roy & Coy Mitchell, Bennie Fred Mitchell and her two sisters, Blanche Smith and Louise Reardon.
She is survived by her three children, Daughter, Jean Adams (Craig) of Byron, Ga., Sons; Larry E. Tate of Mobile, Ala., and Sonny Tate (Darlene) of Cumming, Ga.
She leaves her loving grandchildren: Ricky and Linda Adams, Rusty and Dana Adams, Shirley and Greg Moore, Mack and Erin Tate, Kimberly and Kevin Mechwart, Tracy Tate and Christopher Tate. She has 13 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren.
