Virginia Sue Settles, age 73, of Crestview, passed away Saturday, February 8, 2014. She was born May 4, 1940, to the late Claude and Maybelle Ballard.
Sue is survived by her husband of 53 years, Billy Settles, of Crestview; a son, Dr. Stephen Settles, of Maastricht, Netherlands, Dpmt. of Defense; a brother, Geary Ballard and his wife, Elly, of Texas; a sister, Billie Joe Ann Martin and her husband, Gerald, of Milton, FL; two nieces, Pamela Martin-Cuevas and Kim Wheeler; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
