SALEM- Virginia McKinley, 93, died at 11:15 p.m. Saturday, May 13, 2017 at the Salem Regional Medical Center. She was born February 24, 1924 in East Hiram, Maine the daughter of the late Carroll F. and Christie (Kimball) Dearborn.

Virginia attended the Mt. Cutler School in East Hiram, Maine for 8 years, and 4 years of High School at the Fryeburg Academy in Fryeburg, Maine. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in New Hampshire since 1991. She was a former Grange member. She was a former member of the First Christian Church of Freedom, New Hampshire. She moved to Salem in the year 2000, and later became a member of the Salem First Christian Church. Her hobbies included embroidery, reading, playing games, and taking trips in the RV.

Her husband Francis W. McKinley, whom she married March 8, 1947, preceded her in death January 20, 1998.

Survivors include; one son; Wayne F. (Cathy) McKinley of Salem, three granddaughters; Carissa (Don) Nichols of Salem, Vanessa (Darin) Wine of Columbiana, Melissa (Matthew) Kuttler of Austintown, five great-grandchildren; Emerson, Brogan, and Kolman Kuttler, and Peyton, and Mason Nichols. She was also preceded in death by four sisters and two brothers.
