Virginia McCormick, age 82, of Jones, died peacefully Wednesday evening, July 27, 2016 in the peace and comfort of her family in Fairview Living Center in Centreville, Michigan.Virginia was born June 24, 1934, the only daughter and youngest child of Clair and Eva (Seals) McIntyre.
She married Eugene Andrew McCormick in 1953 in Decatur, Michigan. He survives. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Fred McIntyre. Virginia will be remembered for her flowers and her gardens. Virginia will be greatly missed by family and friends.
She is survived by her husband of sixty two years, Eugene McCormick of Jones, Michigan; one daughter and son in law, Sondra and Terry Klont of Charlotte, Michigan; one granddaughter, Jennifer (husband, Brian) Bingaman of Three Rivers; four grandsons, Gene Bennett of Salt Lake City, Utah, Todd (wife, Stephanie) Klont of Charlotte, Steve (wife, Lisa) Klont of Charlotte, Scott (wife, Anne) Klont of Shelby Township, Michigan; three great granddaughters, Bailey Klont, Kiley Bingaman, Brynne Klont; three great grandsons, Landon Bingaman, McKale Klont, Smith Klont; and one brother, Virgil McIntyre of Cassopolis.
