Virginia Mary Keith, 90, of Freeport, died Sunday, October 2, 2011, at Harbor House in Monroe, Wisconsin. Born July 15, 1921 in Freeport she was the daughter of Dewey and Ruby (Morrison) Roach.
She married John H. Keith October 21, 1942 and he died December 2, 1999. Virginia worked at Burgess Battery for 35 years until her retirement.
Surviving is her son, Gerald (Eileen) Keith of Glen Burnie, Maryland; two daughters, Karen (James) Lorenz of Venice, Florida, and Regina (Craig) Drane of Pearl City; 6 grandchildren, John Keith of Baltimore, Maryland, Tracy Keith of Pasadena, Maryland, Christopher Lorenz of St. Cloud, Florida, Joshua Lorenz of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, Jason Drane of Pearl City, and Ben Drane of Aurora; 4 great-grandchildren, Daniel Rapp, Colin, Connor, and Evan Lorenz.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; 1 brother; 1 sister.
