Virginia Mae (Gorden) Fields, 92, of Anderson, passed away, January 15, 2017 at the Rawlins House in Pendleton, IN. She was born, March 24, 1924 in Long Beach, California and resided most of her life in Anderson. Virginia, graduated from Alexandria High School.
She was retired from General Motors working in Cost Accounting for 35 years. Virginia is survived by her daughter, Victoria (Fields) Lee of Anderson, IN, two brothers, Don (Altha) Gorden of Anderson, Keith (Mary) Gorden of Muncie, sister Judith (Jack) Poling of Anderson, grandson, Devin (Leigh) Lee of Anderson, four great-grandchildren, Joshua Lee, Madyson Lee, Kyle Lee, and Jenna Lee.
Virginia is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and special friend William Lee of Alexandria. She was preceded in death by her mother, Myrtle Gorden, father, Kenneth Gorden, son Steven Fields, and a brother Malcolm Gorden.
