Virginia Margaret Hamelmann, 99, of Terre Haute passed away Tuesday October 6, 2020 at her son’s residence in Fishers, Indiana. She had worked at various office positions at Motor Freight, Eastern Express, Hendrick Abstract, and Vigo Wade Abstract. She was born December 5, 1920 in Terre Haute to Harry and Margareen (Reece) Kunz. Virginia is survived by her daughter, Linda Simmons; son, Ted Hamelmann; grandchildren, Kelly Hosking (Brian), Shannon Simmons (Desiree), Michael Hamelmann (Jennifer), Mark Hamelmann (Stephanie), and Megan McGee (Ryan); 14 great-grandchildren; niece Diana Selvia (Bill) and niece Sharon Butwin. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Virgil C. Hamelmann, son, Charles Douglas Hamelmann, and sister, Marie Halstead.
