Virginia Marie Heidle, 88, of Centralia, passed away Sunday, April 13, 2014 at her home.
She was born December 11, 1925 in Hoffman, daughter of Gustav Haake and Theresa (Bochantin) Haake. She married George Henry Heidle on January 5, 1946 in Clinton County and he survives in Centralia.
In addition to her husband of 68 years, she is also survived by a daughter, Phyllis Mandrell and husband Robert of Centralia; a son, Steven Heidle of Marissa; two grandchildren: Jason Little and wife Louella of Las Vegas, NV and Heather Burkett and husband Stephen of Indiana; three great-grandson’s: Kodey Michael Kuhn, Cruz Gabriel Little and Shaun Heidle; two brothers: Darrell Haake of Chicago and Harlan Haake of Arizona. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers: Floyd Haake and Leonard Haake, two grandsons: Steven Heidle, Jr. and Erich Heidle.
Virginia enjoyed playing golf, gardening and dancing. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Centralia. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.
