Virginia L. Welch, 70, of Elkhart, passed away peacefully following an extended illness Tuesday, Nov. 8, at Eastlake Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Elkhart.
She was born April 15, 1946, to the late Raymond M. and Virginia A. (Beam) Dick.
She is survived by her children, Sue (Ron) Baumgardner, Charles Wilson and Tracey (Rachelle) Roberts; as well as nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Seven siblings preceded her in death.
Virginia was a cashier at the Faith Mission and had managed several area rental properties.
Virginia loved to help others and was very proud of her humanitarian involvement.
