Virginia Nix, of Polk City, Florida, went to be with her Lord on September 14, 2015, at the age of 88. She was born in Hartsfield, Ga., on November 21, 1926. She moved to Lakeland in 1951.
Mrs. Nix is survived by her son, Frank Hufstetler, daughters, Gail Yelvington, June Nelson and Pam Baker; stepchildren Gary Nix, Neva Summerall, Jayleen Cummings. She had a large loving family, including many grandchildren, several great and great-great grandchildren.
