Virginia Irene Pugh, age 83, of Blue Ridge Rehab Center, formerly of Fieldale, died Friday, May 7, 2010. She was born on May 22, 1926 in Grayson County, VA to the late Moses and Martha Pugh. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by three sisters, Marie Shumate, Wanda Bottomley and Charmie Isom. She retired from W.M. Bassett Furniture Company of Martinsville, VA. She is survived by her son, Michael W. Pugh and daughter-in-law Linda of Collinsville, three sisters, Wilma Jean Soots and husband, Virgil: Mattie Farmer of Martinsville, VA and Betty Jo Arruza of Newton, NC; Grandson, Christopher Pugh of Collinsville, VA; Great-grandchildren, Christian, Alley and Chole Pugh; A special friend Trula Ensley of Martinsville, VA;brothers-in-law, Garnett Bottomley and Albert Isom of Fieldale, VA. She is also survived by several Nieces and nephews. A 2:00 p.m.
