Virginia was born on July 8, 1932 in Morris, to James and Muriel Broderick. She worked at the Ottawa Greenhouse for many years. She was married to Ken Harden before his passing.
Virginia loved Bingo, cats, and crocheting. She also enjoyed cooking, jigsaw puzzles, and art projects.
She is survived by 4 children, David Carver, of Marseilles, Sandy (Benny) Caffee, of Ottawa, Robert (Queen) Carver, of Ottawa, and Ken Carver, of Ottawa, 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, a brother Richard and a sister Beverly Winterbottom. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ken, a son, Rocklin, and 3 brothers, Jack, Jim, and Bill.
