Virginia B. MacRae; 90; passed away Sunday, January 28, 2007 at NHC of Fort Oglethorpe. Mrs. MacRae was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga and the daughter of the late Abel Alexander and Annie E. Stegall Blair. She was a graduate of Central High School and Wiley School of Business. She was employed by the Electric Power Board for many years, then the Railway Express Agency from which she retired.
