Virgil was born in Indianapolis, IN on April 15, 1960 to Virgil (Sonny) Keeker and Phyllis Lockhart. Virgil was a comedian, he was quick and clever, always making people laugh. He enjoyed a good time and being the life of the party. He will be missed.
He is survived by his son Jordan (Kelsey) Keeker: Grandchildren Bianca, Bella, Eddie, Braelynn and Jordan.
Virgil was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather Phyllis and William Lockhart, his father Virgil Vernus Keeker, niece Sarah Ruth Ferry.
