Virgie F. ?Tom? Loyd, 77, Anderson, died August 14, 2005 at his residence after an extended illness.
He was born November 15, 1927 in Burkesville, Kentucky, and resided in Anderson, Indiana. He was a Die Setter at General Motors retiring in 1999 after 46 years of service. He was a member of UAW #663 and a 20 year Member of Alcoholic Anonymous. The family would like to thank Betsy & Angie of the St. John’s Radiology Department, and Judy & Liz at St. John’s Hospice for all of their special kindness.
He is survived by his Son – Tony Diane Lloyd of Anderson; Son: Steve Lloyd of Anderson; Daughter: Pamela Johns of Anderson; Son: Kris Norris of Anderson; Sister: Nina Scott Gillis of Phoenix, Arizona; Brother: Clifton Becky Loyd of Summer Shade, Kentucky.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Tilford & Lizzie Garmon Loyd; Brothers: Robert & Roy Loyd.
