Vincent A. Boggiatto, 60, of Mt. Pleasant, SC and formally of South Groveland, MA lost his battle with cancer on August 2, 2015 at The Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Newnan, GA. Born in Haverhill, MA Vincent was the son of the late Ignazio and Lucy M. (Piccirillo) Boggiatto.
He attended Pentucket Regional High School in West Newbury, MA. He drove tractor trailer most of his life for Joe’s Haverhill Express and was currently working for Moran TugBoats of Charleston, SC.
Vincent enjoyed cooking and entertaining and most of all spending time with family and friends. His great sense of humor, infectious laugh and his love for story telling will be greatly missed. Vincent’s life was an inspiration to all who knew him.
Vincent is survived by his beloved wife, MaryJane (Perry) Boggiatto of Charleston, SC, brother John Boggiatto and his wife Joni of Plaistow, NH, sisters Lucy and Karen Boggiatto of Plaistow, NH and Diane Chesnutt of Florida, sister-in-Law MaryEllen Boggiatto of Groveland, MA, sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Sylvia and David Bean of SC., as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and an aunt and uncle. Vincent was predeceased by brother Robert Boggiatto and sister Patricia Keith. R
