Clinton, Mrs. Villa, 87, of Ooltewah, died Thursday, October 21, 2004 in a local health care facility. Mrs. Clinton was born in Gilmer County Georgia but had lived in Chattanooga for the past 75 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, William K. Clinton and a daughter, Emily Hall. Survivors include two daughters and sons –in-law, Sunday R, and Joseph W. Ray, Ooltewah, Wanda Jean and Gene Smith, East Ridge, four grandchildren, Cathy Davidson and Cheryl Keller, both of Orlando, Fla., Krystal Delay, Ooltewah, Jody C. Ray, Ooltewah, four great grandchildren.
