Sister Victoria Grabler, O.L.V.M., 87, of Victory Noll, Huntington, IN died Tuesday, July 29, 2008 (3:00 AM) at Holy Family Health Care Center Victory Noll, Huntington, IN. Sister Grabler was born January 5, 1921 to Emil E. and Josephine A. Schmidt Grabler in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Her parents preceded her in death. Sister Grabler entered the Congregation of Our Lady of Victory Missionary Sisters on November 27, 1946 and made first vows on August 5, 1949. She served in the missions in Texas, California, Virginia, Iowa and Colorado. She returned to Victory Noll in 1971 and worked in the sewing department, as a receptionist and as proof-reader for congregational publications.
She is preceded in death by 2 sisters: Gertrude Krause and Eva Check and 1 brother: Edward Grabler.
