Victoria “Vickie” Elizabeth Utterback, aged 73, went to be with the Lord on July 26, 2024. She was a beloved wife of 54 years, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Vickie was born on February 18, 1951, in Farley Hill, West Virginia. After graduating from Stoco High School in Coal City, WV, in 1968, she moved to Northern Virginia, where her older brothers both resided. There, she began her career with the FBI, specializing in fingerprinting. On March 6, 1970, Vickie married Jimmy Utterback, and her professional journey took a new direction.
