Victor Michael Green December 18, 1985-February 15, 2016 “Forever 30” Born December 18, 1985, in Anniston, Alabama at Fort McClellan Army base; Victor is survived by his loving mother Carol Lynn Cullum, beloved baby brother Tyler Olen Mathews, wife and soul mate Tracy Sutherland Green, children he loved as his own: Jessica, Taylor, Colton, Gabriel and Joshua, grandparents Bill and Lorie Cullum, Aunt and Uncles Janette (Rob) Haynie and John (Cindy) Cullum, great Aunt and Uncle Joe (Cheri) Reinhardt, great Aunt and Uncle Dee (Eldon) Markus, great grandmother Geneva Fenely, cousins Donovan and Morgan Haynie, Candise Urioste and Shayla Linville and their families. He will be deeply loved and missed by many. Victor is rejoicing in heaven with his Aunt, Heather Cullum and great grandmother Frances Fogg. Victor was a high school graduate of 2004 from Palisade High School, his senior year Palisade football team won the state championship. Victor was a superior athlete and scholar; he had received over 40 interest letters from various colleges and universities including Ivy League Brown University. Victor was also mentioned in “Who’s Who of High School Sports” for his athletic accomplishments. Victor met the love of his life, Tracy Sutherland, while jogging down Orchard Ave; he was smitten at first glance while she was watering her grass. They eloped to Morrison, Colorado on July 12, 2010 where they promised their love to each other for all eternity surrounded by the beautiful Colorado mountains. In a recent letter to his brother Tyler, Victor wrote, “Your thoughts are very powerful, God created us in his image and He created everything, that means God lives inside each of us, that means we can create things too”. He also wrote: “Don’t get down on yourself, focus on the goal at hand. Think ahead, cause and effect, it’s the end result of actions that we seek, seek happiness, make it happen, do it for me, do it for you, I love you, I love you, I love you!!! Until we see each other again know I’m doing good, it’s the truth! With all my heart , your blood, your brother- Victor Green”.
