Victor J. Geiser, 81

Brunswick Victor J. Geiser, 81,of Creek Road, died Thursday, December 1, 2005 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Troy.

Born in Green Island, he was son of the late Victor J. and Wilhemna Knauer Geiser and husband of the late Amelia A. Muller Geiser.

He was raised in Green Island and resided in Brunswick for 58 years.

Mr. Geiser was a press operator for Bendix Friction Materials for 30 years retiring in 1989 and prior to that worked at John A. Manning Paper Company for 25 years. For many years he worked part-time at Western Auto in Latham.

He was a member of Emerald Athletic Club and was a Navy veteran of World War II serving as a torpedo technician.

He is survived by a son, Victor J. Geiser Jr. (Susan) of Brunswick; a daughter, Deborah Klopp of Columbia, MD, four grandchildren, Kristen and Dana Geiser, and Colin and Dmytro Klopp; a brother, Leonard Geiser (Lois) of Troy and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by four sisters, Marie Geiser, Josephine Golden, Alma Neason and Rita Geiser and a brother, Lawrence Geiser.
