Victor Iacocca 1921~2021Victor F. Iacocca, age 100 of Broomall, PA passed away on October 14, 2021 surrounded by his loving family at Lankenau Medical Center, Wynnewood, in Allentown, he was the son of the late Theodore and Assunta (Cocca) Iacocca. Victor was a 1938 graduate of Allentown High School. After graduation from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, he served in World War II with the Army medical corp. in the Philippines. After the war he attended and graduated with a PHD from University of Pennsylvania, Phila. PA. Taught at Hahnemann Medical School, worked for Philadelphia’s Children’s Hospital, researching Cystic Fibrosis. Employed with Smith Kline as a researcher, and consultant in later years, helping to develop the Hemoccult test. He was also the head of Lower Merion’s Board of Health. He was an avid fan of football (college and pro), tennis and music (especially Sinatra). And he loved good food. Victor, his children and his grandchildren all enjoyed Ocean City N.J. vacations every summer for many years, what wonderful times. He loved his grandchildren, great grandson and many family dogs throughout the years. He loved telling jokes and being with family and friends. Predeceased by his first wife Lucille (nee Geroulo) Iacocca, his daughter Victoria (Vicki) Iacocca, brothers Albert and Julius Iacocca.Survived by his wife Priscilla (nee Stevens), his children Theodore V. Iacocca (Dorothy); and Debra Connor (Thomas); his 3 grandchildren, Teddy Iacocca, Sara and Christopher Connor; and one great-grandson Cannon Iacocca; and his sister Gloria Krause.
