Victor Edward Shovak, 84, of Lebanon and formerly of Vernon, passed away Wednesday (April 12, 2017) at Douglas Manor in Windham. Born April 29, 1932 in Hartford, he was the son of the late Victor F. and Mary (Saucier) Shovak. Mr. Shovak has worked as a machinist for Pratt & Whitney for many years before his retirement. He raised his family in Vernon and starting when his children were young, he enjoyed coaching boys’ youth basketball the 1960’s and 70’s.
