Verona Josephine Potter, 76 of Elkton, MD, died Friday, October 9, 2009 in the Laurelwood Nursing and Rehabilitation, Elkton, MD.
Born in Deep Gap, NC, on December 13, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Orville and Ida Miller.
She was a Sewing Machine Operator, employed by Nannette’s before her retirement.
Josephine was a member of the New Life Faith Center, who enjoyed reading her bible, all church activities, working with children in the church, listening to Blue Grass Music and hymns. She also enjoyed word search puzzles and spending time with her family.
Mrs. Potter is survived by her daughter: Jane Campbell and her husband Jerry of Elkton, MD.
Sister: Betty Norris of Lenior, NC. Brother: Arlon Miller of Statesville, NC.,
Granddaughter, Jamie Campbell and Grandson, Jeffrey Campbell, both of Elkton, MD; nephew, Tim Price and his wife Deanna;and nieces, Dwayna and Miranda Price.
