Verna “Nicole” Neel, age 21, of Grand Ridge passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2008 after a lengthy illness. She was a resident of Jackson County most of her life , was of the Pentecostal faith and attended Hope School. Nicole was born a special little girl with a beautiful smile, a smile that lit up her baby blue eyes. She never met a stranger and was a blessing to the many people she knew. As a young lady Nicole loved God and we can be sure that she is now with the angels, she earned her wings. She enjoyed the water, watching movies and listening to her music. She is survived by her parents, Donnie and Nell Neel of Grand Ridge; maternal grand parents, Alec and Mildred Moats of Marianna and paternal grandparents Carl and Verna Neel of Blountstown; sister Tamela Eubanks and husband Cody of Marianna; niece Tiffany Eubanks; nephews Nicolas Eubanks and Michael Eubanks.
