Vera Lue “Peggy” Gifford, 88, passed away on March 5, 2016 peacefully at home in Meridian, ID. She was born on May 17, 1927 in Veteran, WY.
Peggy married Eldon “Bus” Gifford in 1947 in Oberlin, KS. They were married until Bus passed in 1991. She has now rejoined her true love in His Kingdom.
Peggy was loved by all who met her and considered a sweet, kind, friend and neighbor.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clare and Mollie Robison; her husband, Bus; a daughter, Barbara Isbell; and a brother, Clare Robison Jr.
She is survived by her sister, Dorothy Romp of Spokane, WA; four children: Bevery Reed of Milwaukee, OR, John Gifford of Nampa, ID, Eugene Gifford of Meridian, ID, Michael Gifford of Meridian, ID; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
