Vera Lorraine Crabtree, 87, of Brighton passed away peacefully in Cheyenne, WY on December 26, 2012. Vera was born June 19, 1925 in Paoli Colorado to Loran and Bernice (Ernst) Guernsey. On October 9, 1942 Vera married Myrl E. Crabtree in Imperial Nebraska.
Vera was preceded in death by her husband, Myrl, eldest son, Melvin Crabtree and eldest daughter, Lois Benton. She is survived by her sons, Harold (Sandy) of Brighton, CO, James (Nam) of Cheyenne, WY, Myrl Ray (Donna) of Garrison, TX; daughter Marilyn Crabtree of Brighton, CO; sister, Rozella Weed of Yuma, CO; dozens of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
