Vella “Mozelle” Teeter, age 89, of Oakboro, N.C., died Thursday, July 23, 2009, at Lutheran Home -Albemarle,NC in Albemarle, N.C. Teeter was employed by Cotton Mill as a spinner and was a member of First Baptist Church of Stanfield. . She was the daughter of the late Paul Teeter and the late Mattie (Love) Teeter. She is survived by her nieces and nephews. She is also preceded in death by her sister Elsie Teeter Barbee, and brothers Fred E. Teeter and Grover W. Teeter.
