Valerie Helene (Ross) Palmisano, 45, of Durham, wife of William Palmisano, passed away on Saturday, November 14th at Connecticut Hospice in Branford. Born in Washington D.C., she was the daughter of Dennis and Dianne (Driscoll) Ross of Plantsville. Valerie resided thirty-three years in Connecticut. She was a 1982 graduate of North Branford High School. She had lived in Durham for the past 15 years and was an active part of the community.
