She is survived by her father, Gordon Jack Bolinder of Grantsville, UT; step-father, Charles Edward Jenkins of Womack, LA; three daughters, April Rachall & husband Richard of Bastrop, Rachel Wadkins of Bastrop, Amanda Pettis & husband Timothy of Bastrop; sister, Jackie Huckabay & husband Barry of Womack, LA; two brothers, Dale Phillips & wife Cindy of Shreveport, LA, Duane Bolinder of Shreveport, LA; three grandchildren, Thomas Ray Gordon Mahaffey, Patrisha Pettis, and Timothy “T.J.” Pettis, Jr.
