Troye James Foster, 87, of Ooltewah, died Saturday, July 04, 2009 in a local health care facility. Mr. Foster was co-owner of Floor Coverings, Inc and was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Marines and was wounded in the Battle of Saipan. He was a member of the VFW. Mr. Foster was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Jean Parsons Foster and was a son of the late, Clifford and Carrie Ann Foster. Survivors include two daughters, Christine Robertson and Betty Foster, both of Ooltewah; two grandchildren, Kevin Robertson, Ooltewah; Will Robertson, Huntsville, AL; brother, Larry Foster, Richmond, VA; sister, Grace Capps, Knoxville; three nephews, Ashley Capps and Neal Capps, both of Knoxville; Alex Foster, Richmond, VA.
