Tracy Lynn Jarman Kelly, 54, passed away July 25, 2021. She was a loving wife, mother, devoted “grammy,” sister and friend. She is preceded in death by her parents Chester Jarman and Patsy Cook as well as her brother, Timothy Jarman. She is survived by her loving husband and lifelong friend, Patrick Kelly and brother Chester “Chet” Jarman. She leaves behind two children, Christopher Willis and Jessi (Wesley) Sparkman, four grandchildren, Lilli, Dahlia, Lucien Willis and Willow Sparkman, sisters-in-law Heather Kelly, Kathleen LItteral, Lisa Oldenettel and brother-in-law Scott Kelly. She will be immensely missed by numerous extended family members and friends. She never met a stranger and welcomed all into her life and home. She has earned her butterfly wings!
