Tracy was a devoted mother, daughter, sister and friend. She is survived by her two children, Olivia and Cole; parents, Thomas and Penny Behrendt; sister, Trina (Bryan) Lahman; brother, Casey (Heather) Behrendt; in-laws, David and Beverly Restey; mother-in-law Victoria Hamilton; brothers-in-law, Spencer and Jonathan Restey; Rick Harris; nieces, Adriana, Layla and Emma Behrendt, Astrid Harris; nephews Tyler and Cooper Lahman, Evan Harris and many other relatives and dear friends.
Tracy is preceded in death by her husband, Christopher Restey.
Tracy was born June 27, 1971 in Rochester, NY. She was a 1989 graduate of Wayne Central High School and worked for Baldwin Richardson Foods. Tracy deeply loved her kids, her dogs and spending time with her family and friends.
