She was born December 4, 1965 in Mishawaka, to Patricia Marie (Jones) McCoy of Lafayette and Michael C. McCoy.
Traci was in the class of 1984 at McCutcheon High School graduating at mid-term. She held several jobs over the years and loved working with her hands.
Traci enjoyed camping, motorcycle rides, gardening, rock hunting, mushroom hunting, spending time along the riverfront and being a free-spirited individual.
Surviving along with her mother is a son, Dakota Kellar of Brookston, and siblings Kimberly (husband Christopher) Melluck of Avon, Jeffrey Martin, Diana (late husband Wayne) Ritchie, Michael Martin all from Lafayette. Also surviving is Traci’s long-time partner Dave Macy and their beloved dog, Star. She also left behind many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, Tyler Wayne McCoy, in January (2018), her father, maternal and paternal grandparents, and brother-in-law.
