Toni L. Davis, 59, of Asbury Park, NJ departed this life on Thursday March 26, 2015 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, NJ. She was born on July 7, 1955 in Neptune, NJ to Michael and Anna Robinson.
Toni attended school in the Asbury Park school system and worked at 3M in Freehold for 19 years until the company relocated out of state. She went on to get a certification in Accounting from the Stuart School of Business in Belmar, NJ.
Toni had a beautiful voice and loved to sing. She had a generous spirit, often selflessly helping others in their of time need. She was very loyal, dedicated, and committed to her family and friends. She would be the one to reach out when you thought everyone forgot about you and would ask “How You Doin’ ”.
She had a quirky sense of humor, very unintentional, but always able to make you laugh. Toni will be missed into infinity and beyond by those who loved her.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Theresa T. Davis; grandson, Treasure M. Peavy; mother, Anna Mae (Davis) Reid; three brothers, Wendell Davis, Marvin Jones, and Michael Robinson; three sisters, Wendy Jones, Tracy Jones, and Rosalind Robinson.
She leaves to cherish her memories, one son, Damion Davis of Asbury Park, NJ; two daughters, Monica Davis of Asbury Park, NJ, Ayana Snelling (Albert Weedon) of Neptune, NJ; a surrogate son, Jermaine Freeman of Trenton, NJ; seven grandchildren, Phillip Sanders of Asbury Park, NJ, Dashere Saunders of Asbury Park, NJ, Montavia, Timyah and Tyshere Fleming of Asbury Park, NJ, Jay’Vion Rogers of Neptune, NJ, and Yanasia Davis of Asbury Park, NJ; one great grandson, Nasir Morgan of Long Branch, NJ; father, Vasco Reid of Neptune, NJ; two sisters, Shatina Davis of Asbury Park, NJ, and Gina Davis-Lane (Calvin) of Neptune, NJ; uncle, Samuel Allen Davis (Linda) of Neptune, NJ; aunt, Brenda Robinson of Neptune, NJ; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
