Tomasa M. Villarreal went home to heaven September 20, 2016 at age 92. She was born December 20, 1923 in Monterrey, Mexico to Felix Salas and Felicita Tejerina. Tammy was a lifelong resident of Harlingen. She owned and operated her own agricultural Co. and shipped fruit and vegetables throughout the United States and overseas.
She loved to exercise and take her daily walks, she also enjoyed gardening and working her landscape.
Tomasa is preceded in death by her husband, Ruben Villarreal on October 8, 1985.
She is survived by her caretaker/provider, Maria Felix Castillo and her cat ‘Mijito”.
