Todd was born October 28, 1964 in Newark, New York. He was a member of Park Presbyterian Church in Newark. He was the Finger Lakes Muscular Dystrophy Poster Boy for 1974 – 1976. He enjoyed his computer and talking to many friends on the internet.
Todd is survived by his mother and step-father Connie and Colin MacLennan of Newark; father and step-mother Gary and Patricia Coomber of Farmington; sister Melissa Coomber of Boston; grandmother Margie Long of Middlesex; several aunts and uncles. Todd was predeceased by his sister April.
