Tina Marie Landreth “TeenTeen” or “Dino,” age 57 of Lanett was taken from us too soon on Thursday, July 21, 2022. Tina was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Hester and her father, Haywood Wade.

Tina is survived by her husband and love of her life, Johnny Landreth;  her daughter, Dana Walker (Dale); four stepchildren: Lamar Landreth, Judy  Wilkinson (Bob), Jody Landreth (Wendy), and Jonathan Landreth; four siblings: Wayne Whaley (Crystal), Shelia Hill, April Haynes (Chris), and April Wade; sister-in-law, Patricia Landreth Keller (Mark); brother-in-law, Phillip Landreth (Dee); step-grandchildren: Robby Wilkinson, Noelle Hickey, and Lamar “Coot” Landreth; nieces: Melissa Whaley, Robin Truitt (Tramaine), Shay Rutledge (Chestley), Hunter Welcher (Kyle), Jolene Whaley, and Kristy Landreth; nephews: Jeffery Whaley-East, Chance Whaley, Ayce Haynes, David Landreth, Tim Landreth, and Kenney Landreth; two step-grandchildren, numerous great-nieces and great-nephews; her best friends: June Henderson and Tammy Henderson; and her beloved rescue cat Butterbean.

Tina loved so hard. Her family was her whole world. Some of her favorite memories were made drinking coffee and talking with friends and family. Tina prayed for us all every night and was so proud.

A few days before Tina passed, she read this poem that now seems very fitting:

When tomorrow starts without me and I’m not here to see… If the sun should rise and find your eyes filled with tears for me, I wish so much you wouldn’t cry the way you did today… While thinking of the many things we didn’t get to say… I know how much you love me, as much as I love you… and each time you think of me, I know you’ll miss me, too.
