Tina L. Fontanez, 40, of Bethlehem, died Friday at Cedarbrook Fountain Hill. She was the daughter of Betty (Lakowich) Fontanez of Allentown and the late Valentin Fontanez. Tina worked for the former Helmut Casting Co. in Allentown. Survivors: mother Betty; brothers Valentin, Roberto, Victor, Carlos, Mike and David; sisters Carmen and Sandra. She was predeceased by brother George.
